These are pets that do not cause allergies

In general, cats are the animal that causes the most allergies. But even in this species,  there are breeds that do not cause allergies. The same goes for birds.

Below you will find our complete list of pets that do not cause allergies:

Devon rex

You may have read about the cat breed devon rex before – it is also the one shown in the picture above. They have pointed ears, hypnotic eyes and short fur. The strange thing about the coat is that it is so attached to the skin that it is almost impossible to separate the two.

People who have cat allergies are not allergic to the animal itself; instead, it is a reaction to a mixture of fur, dandruff and saliva  that the animals leave behind. When the fur is spread in the house, these substances follow, and that is when the sneezing begins.

Hamster

What if you do not want to adopt a cat even though it will not cause an allergic reaction? Then you can instead choose a small rodent as a pet, such as a hamster. However, make sure that you do not have allergies to its dandruff. If you have already spent a few hours with one without any problems, then this may be the perfect pet for you.

Remember, however, that these animals should spend most of their time in a cage with plenty of toys and amenities. If they get bored outside the cage, they can start chewing on your furniture or belongings.

Rabbits

If you like furry pets but are allergic to them, it does not mean that you will be left without. In fact, there are few known cases of allergy to rabbits. For many, it is a pet that does not cause allergies and is very entertaining.

Poodle

Poodles are one of the few dog breeds that are not usually mentioned when it comes to allergies. It seems that  their fur, body fluids and dandruff do not affect people with allergies as much. Their fur barely falls, but must be groomed to avoid tangles.
